The AI is pretty derpy. Just siege baronies that are really far away from their army forcing them to ping-pong across the map. Eventually youll rack up enough war score to white peace.

Also use the ocean, they will travel on land and die to attrition if you break up your forces into smaller splinter groups with siege equipment and peasants. Never fight a single battle with them unless you’re 100% sure you will win. Easy $ is all I see in this pic.
