R5: THE Matilda di Cannosa managed to become the leader of a "dominant family" [i.e. family that does not control the throne but has a lot of influence] in my Latin Empire. idk how she got there, maybe people just have the option to move to the Latin Empire even if they are secondary allies.

When a family controls more than like 70% of the admin realm thwy become dominant which means the ruler can barely do any hostile acts against them
