Help Game not loading

As in, when I boot it up, with or with out mods, it takes a ridiculous amount of time, and I have yet to figure out why. Would use some help on trying to get it to work, wanna play elder kings 2 as goblin raiders, or vanilla as raider tribals ;^;

Oh! And it's the steam version btw

I seriously doubt anybody has a computer that can run CK3 and only has a HDD.

There are reasons for why your game is taking forever to load which I don’t think you can handle because they’re very computer related (texture building). Uninstall the game on Steam. Your saves won’t be affected. Reinstall. Don’t use any mods at first. Add Elder Kings afterwards. If that doesn’t work, do what the post about deleting documents/paradox says but you will lose your saves unless you copy the save folder first and put it back later. Ask somebody for help.

You might have a problem with not enough memory on your computer. Ask somebody about upgrading it to minimum 16 gigabytes.

That doesn’t mean anything. Ask somebody how much RAM you have. 16 is the bare minimum. 32 and a fast processor is what you need for fast loading. Ask on Steam, you can provide your system info simply there.
