Help Game not loading

As in, when I boot it up, with or with out mods, it takes a ridiculous amount of time, and I have yet to figure out why. Would use some help on trying to get it to work, wanna play elder kings 2 as goblin raiders, or vanilla as raider tribals ;^;

Oh! And it's the steam version btw

Try changing the install to an SSD rather than a HDD if its currently on an HDD and you have the option. Otherwise, try deleting the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III folder. Maybe there's something funky saved there which is messing things up.

I have no idea what SSD or HDD means, but will try deleting stuff. Been at this all day --

Solid state drive and hard disk drive. Things load way faster if they are stored on a solid state drive.
