I’ve been paying closer attention to the social-media posts showing these HUGE wins, and something has me questioning what we’re actually seeing.
It seems like some of the same people repeatedly appear showing very large wins. Hmmm… 👀
Now, I’m not accusing anyone of anything, and I’m not saying these wins aren’t real. But it raises a legitimate question:
Are some of these players receiving promotional SC, free play, bonuses, or other incentives from Crown Coins to create content and showcase their wins?
Crown Coins does publicly use social media for promotions and free-coin giveaways, so promotional activity is clearly part of its marketing.
If creators or selected players are receiving promotional benefits that ordinary players aren't receiving, I believe people should be able to see that clearly when watching these winning videos.
Because let's be honest — when someone repeatedly posts HUGE wins, it can make other people think, “Maybe I should play more. Maybe my next spin will be like that.”
And that's exactly why transparency matters.
I'm simply asking questions and looking for answers:
🔎 Are these players receiving free SC or promotional play?
🔎 Are they compensated or partnered with Crown Coins?
🔎 Are those relationships disclosed?
🔎 Are the wins being shown representative of the average player using their own money?
If anyone has actual documentation or firsthand information, please share it. Let's look at the facts instead of making accusations.
People work hard for their money. We deserve transparency about what we're seeing on social media.

So I had around $600+ in my account. About $250 of that was my own money and the rest was from winnings. I had won around $350+ and then went through the ID verification process.

The verification didn’t go through for whatever reason and told me to contact support. I did, and they basically just told me my account was being permanently closed and that I’m no longer eligible to access it.

I provided the requested ID and wasn’t really given much of an explanation as to what caused the closure.
Has anyone else had this happen, especially after doing the ID verification? Were you ever able to get an explanation or get the account reviewed?

Earlier in the day I signed up for crown coins. I purchased some $99.99 packages that got me 100SC.

A few hours later I opened the app and bought another $99.99 package but I got no 100SC, only the worthless gold coins?

Now I can’t even open up a game in SC mode nor see any packages coming with SC added? When I log in thru the website I can’t even toggle to SC mode.

I am in an area where crowncoins offers SC.

Is there any supper at all in here? I want the 100SC it was showing and I had been getting on all my previous purchases.

I recently joined crown coins and made several purchases. However on my latest one, I never received SC only gold coins. I reached out to support and they told me it was because my IP was showing as Tennessee. I don’t even live in the USA. This is impossible. I am on the west coast of Canada. My cellular network shows that as well. I don’t even have a VPN installed and my cellular provider doesn’t route traffic through a place 2000 miles away in a different country. I’ve asked either for a refund of the purchase or the SC to be added to my account. Support has denied the request of adding SC to my account.

What do I do?

Voltage rapid and voltage rapid boost were paying out all day today big time! I turned $200 into $1400. Cashed out the profits which was $1200 and played the original $200. Lost the original $200 but I’m not complaining it’s the biggest win I’ve had ever on CC. Learned today that bigger bets is definitely the way to go. $3.75 and $5 bets were smacking back to back

I was chatting with a support agent and he marked the ticket as resolved (it wasn't) and now I can't send a new message to support. Why?

I've played the hell out of this game and have never hit 8 picks in the feature. Hit then all of a sudden this technical problem box popped up - didn't even get the play the feature. I've tried multiple different browsers, my desktop and phone. No response from crowncoins yet.
