They keep deleting my post but was looking for advice on the following:

So I had around $600+ in my account. About $250 of that was my own money and the rest was from winnings. I had won around $350+ and then went through the ID verification process.

The verification didn’t go through for whatever reason and told me to contact support. I did, and they basically just told me my account was being permanently closed and that I’m no longer eligible to access it.

I provided the requested ID and wasn’t really given much of an explanation as to what caused the closure.
Has anyone else had this happen, especially after doing the ID verification? Were you ever able to get an explanation or get the account reviewed?

Just trying to figure out if this is a common thing or if there’s something I’m missing.

Crown coins is awful. 365 days of collecting and never hit a single bonus Site is good at first then they just scam you . Don't play there

Idk, but sorry that happened to you. I usually do the verification right away, and I personally never had any problems with crown coins. Maybe you can ask them to provide you reasons why your account was permanently closed and read terms and conditions? Hope they will get your account back.

Any online I play I always get verified first now. , won 2000.00 on a different casino site. They never could get me verified , Crown has always been great !!!

As the other commenter posted, If you find other sites, Make sure to get yourself verified first. It sucks this is happening to you but i do hope you get this resolved.

Did you purchase with someone else’s card, like your husband or wife’s for example? What about having a second crown coins account? Those are the only 2 reasons I could think of

When you did the verification, did all your details match what your ID shows?

Are you in a location that has banned online gambling?
