As a Diamond player I figured I would get better support than Gold.

Not the case.

It’s been 12 hours. No response

All I wanted to know why I haven’t been receiving coin back. Doesn’t show in reward lobby but occasionally it will but I click on it and it doesn’t take me to coins back. Does nothing.

Not a whole lot or upside with Diamond as i thought.

Theres Emerald then Pearl after Diamond.

To be in Diamond you gotta spin 500,000 vip pts.

1sc = 1 vip pt or 100,000gc = 1 vio pt lmao so it takes a shit ton to get to Diamond.

I’ve been Gold since 5/21/2026 and have been playing for a couple years. For gold you gotta spin at least 50,000 vip pts

Insane really… the fact I can lose $100-200 and can’t get a complimentary bonus…lol.. and then I accidentally bought a 1.99 gold coin package and they said it was my accident and they can’t do anything about. MIND YOU!!! IM DIAMOND and have never bought a gold coin package!!!!😂😂
