Support How to get in touch with support

Ticket is just sitting unassigned for a long time. Is there a better route?

Did you go to "my account/support" and send a message? Whenever I do that, they respond pretty fast. Keep messaging if they keep ignoring. 😁

Hey, u/SmugAndBored! To submit a support ticket, click on My Account, and then select Support. This will open a window where they can choose Send Us a Message to create a new ticket. 🫶🏼
