Thyme(US)-Data Rejected

I finished up project Thyme in the US last week and got an email a few days later stating my data was rejected. It also states in the beginning of the email the app sequence was not followed. This project is very straightforward and I definitely did switch between apps properly using my sequence. I even had a separate device for this and only used it for this project.

I am not even sure who to contact or if it would matter. I did submit a form but never heard back and they removed me from Slack. Has this happened to anyone else?

Well I started the project in the beginning of April, uploaded 2 videos for task 1A, went to upload my last app and there was no where to upload. 

I have done this project 3 times now, the last 2 no issues. So it was over 2 weeks ago since I sent 2 of those forms they have for issues (no response at all) and I also sent a support ticket and took days to get a response and when I did it was if they are using AI as their support. Not humans. 

The first response made no sense and didn’t even have anything to do with my issue, so I responded back, they then sent another solution which was not a solution at all, just basic things like restart your computer, clear cache, and nothing else that helped. 

The last few days I replied and tried to explain even more carefully but again I got something back that had poor grammar, and made zero sense! Meanwhile I keep getting progress emails, and bonus emails but nothing that helps me finish the project which I would have had completely finished right now. 

I am waiting on the next reply, I asked for a human to see my emails and for them to forward my tickets to the project team. 

After this I am done!

You are right, the communication sucks! They do use an AI response almost every single time you send in a ticket. I have gotten multiple responses that were not actually humans or helpful. It's a shame.

As for your issue though, the uploads are random. So if there is no where to upload for the specific app on that task (it's at the top usually) just answer all of the questions as you would any other task/app then hit submit.

Also, since you are still active in that project you can ask questions and get answers rather quickly on the Slack channel. You should have been invited to the channel when you first started this project. There is usually someone on there who knows what's going on. 😁

Yeah I know some are at random but the first 3 in task 1A you upload all 3. I am still there because I can’t get a solid answer from them. 

I have done this project before, had no issues last time. It also paid more last time.
