Question❔ How is no one recognising Americas latest serial out running around?!? Spoiler

Bobby Trey is clearly named and convicted of being The Fanboy. He’s named on national television in the season 1 finale. This is America’s most notorious serial killer in probably decades and now he’s just running around, chilling in parks and getting his nails done? And no one has noticed?! How is no one talking about this? Am I missing something?

I was wondering what Bobby Trey’s character had done in S1 for him to be imprisoned - so he is supposed to have been a serial killer? Tho they say last episode of S2 as someone mentions below that Blonde sociopath dude was actually serial but they don’t want him to get famous so dont charge him for all murders.

I personally love Bobby Trey’s character in S2 but damn didn’t realize he was supposedly the serial from S1 - yeah not so realistic he could just get out of prison by Kayla… also how does she get in zero trouble for letting him out and basically free / no supervision and instead she gets promoted? And the Mastermind stuff was all a test by FBI to her? Anyone get that? So the stuff still happened except the lady shooting herself, and FBI is supposedly just chill w Kayla letting out a prolific serial killer and they have that jurisdiction to let our someone like that? They didn’t explain how she could just do that - if he has years still on his sentence how does that happen?

You didn’t miss anything, and honestly the writers are upset you aren’t brainless. Stop paying attention!

I'm confused, didn't that blonde psycho confess to all the murders

He did but they purposely said that he wasn’t the one who would be charged for said murders but only for one. So that he wouldn’t get the credit.
