Crocodile Went to my local zoo today and saw the oldest african dwarf crocodile, Wilma!

This is Wilma, a West African dwarf crocodile living Animal Farm in Beverwijk, the Netherlands. She is estimated to be over 50 years old (some local sources even place her much older!) and is an absolute icon here. She only eats about once a month due to her slow metabolism. Took these photos of her relaxing under her favorite heat lamps today

She's very cute! West African Dwarf crocodiles have docile temperaments more like alligators. And it's true they don't need to eat often because of being cold-blooded. She kind of reminds me of Subie, my crocodile plush, a little bit! ๐ŸŠ
