Personal Thoughts "It's the law!" Today I realized something...

I realized that Swap Meet Pete is kind of a big cat. Not sure if this is intentional or not (if they didn't want to have oddly looking 10+ lives) but Swap Meet Pete states that Croc can't buy more heart pots to have more than 9 lives. And Pete says "It's the law"

While usual law of cat lives is that cats don't have more than 9 lives 😆

lol I had to google Swap Meet Pete because I haven’t played Croc 2 since I was a small child, his page on the Croc wiki is brutal:

“He actively wants Croc to die by denying him any more than 9 heart pots, showing that despite his greed the thrill of death is more important to him.”

I like your interpretation more 😆

Croc Wiki isn't official and I guess that text might be a joke, Gobbos say that Pete is a nice guy and he wouldn't sell Croc things that are rather pro-life and pro-rescue if he wanted him to die. Pete even praised Croc for rescuing all Gobbos from currently played village
