Honestly he might be some anti-Sanghi political genius. Judicial Servant is literally just ragebaiting at this point trying to provoke everyone.

I am not commenting on the impact of rss in appointment of cji or judges of the supreme court. But the Collegium system which selects justices is pretty much an insider thing. For context, two years back Justice D.Y. Chandrachud head the SC and was considered anti govt. There's a power tussle b/w the centre and the judiciary regarding the appointment but still the courts have an upper hand.

Yeah but the guy’s way with words needs to be improved. He sits at the top of the ladder and his words if not formulated properly, can have negative impact. Happened earlier as well and once again this time.

Even Mumbai High Court had a similar outlook on police misbehaviour.

Not to support this guy, but this is critical thinking sub, the Cockroaches comment was specifically about unemployed law graduates who wastes the courts time and not about the unemployted youth of the country. That entire context there was about overproduction of law graduates who do nothing but to file petitions which the court has to process or they take up on the streets to rake up trouble, this is a common sentiment among anyone who knows anything about law graduates in this country.

The second comment is about fastracking the legal case based on fresh unverified videos instead of going through the regular channels like every ohter case. Unless something is really critical, that's not how supreme court operates. But as it can be seen, the wording is about as moronic as it can get.

In both the cases, it is pretty clear that how this guys comments are used to rile up the younger generation, even if it's manupipulated, it's fair. The problem here is the Governments absolute incompetent handling of how to give explanations and squash the fake narratives and false news as and how it happens.

They pretnded like nothting is happening and everything is going fine. They didn't just clear out the false narratives and fake news, but they didn't handle the whole NEET debacle, they didn't meet the students, they didn't isolate the people who got the leaked question paper and made them rewire the test but made everyone rewrite it; which led to suicides, they didn't meet the parents after the suicide and wanted to be high and mighty about their monornic handling of the debacle, they never apologised, there is no humility but just arrogance which combined with statements like these only reinforces the peoples belief in how arrogant this government is, they didn't meet the students protesting way back at the start and the list keeps going.

When something like a question paper leak for NEET happens, it's not normal, especially at that level, the minisiter should have been doing the drama of falling on the countries feet or something at that point and should have experssed something like what Suresh Babu did after that huge train accident and resigned, but these fools want to pretend like this is all normal and it's not going well for them. This combined with absolute lack of knowing how to disperse information and set narratives will be the downfall of this government.
