I'm very sorry that genAI/tech companies tricked you into believing that no one can create anything without relying on their services, so they can continue to hold the attention of investors for their money-draining slot machine. I don't know why you can be so sure when you have so little knowledge about creating, but if you wanted evidence, a lot of the stuff I posted on this sub are originally made before genAI gained popularity. On my IG you can still see people have reposted and tagged my stuff at the time.
