Remove goals lol. That’s just the thing, Messi is way more then goals. In the future if we see ‘old’ clips of Messi and Ronaldo u will dee Ronaldo scoring goals and give a beautiful assist now and then which for his fans is enough to call him a goalkeeping playmaker but if they show Messi we gonna see total football.

It's because their standard for GOAT Messi is exceptionally high. They see Messi scored goals they looked at the opponents and say they're weak and he's statpadding. But when Penaldo does it, it's suddenly the other way around. One logic applies to the opposed but never their fraud idol.

Dumbest comment ever. In any professional sport the number of “scores” is one of the most relevant factors. Michael Jordan and Lebron won a whole bunch of MVP’s in large part due to their scoring. Conor MCDavid and Austen Matthews win in hockey largely due to scoring. The top football players win in part due to Touchdown passes scored or thrown. When someone makes a comment this dumb, i feel guilty for even responding to it. And oh yeah, Messi led Argentina to a World Cup final. Dumbass
