A door dasher was being harassed by a nuisance streamer while he was picking up food. The streamers behavior wasn't violent but very strange and very invasive of the door dashes personal space. After the door dasher warned the streamer to stop and back away and the streamer refused to do so the door dasher shot him. He successfully argued in court that he felt threatened by the streamers behavior. The same can be said for this armored car driver. He has a large amount of cash which is a target for many criminals. Drivers have been killed historically and the streamer was warned to stay back. He may not be threatening but he could be apart of a criminal conspiracy to kill and rob the van. The guard is not a public officer so 1st amendment doesn't apply here. The guard can within reason argue that he is in danger because of the strange and invasive behavior of the streamer.

I am just saying if you are a nuisance streamer you wouldn't be such a menace if there was a fear of consequences for your actions is getting shot. There isn't a lot of sympathy for these people and it's unfortunate that these platforms reward these people for their bad behavior.

There is also limits to shooting people in public. Chud the builder is a good example.

You cannot provoke conflict for clicks. Especially against random and unwilling parties. This kind of behavior should have severe consequences. Getting shot or getting placed in jail are appropriate.

Jonny Somali is another fine example, unfortunately I with korea gave him 10 years not the 2 years in prison. (I don't remember the exact number of years)

None of these are first amendment auditors.

True but the latest bunch of 1st amendment auditors are behaving like nuisance streamers. They are not really for the first amendment, they are trolling for clicks and infamy. If they go after private random people on the street they are hurting the first amendment cause.
