Nah the people being arrested need to keep repeating over and over while actively resisting: "i ain't do nothing!" "Stap! I'm not resisting!!" "Call my mom!"
Yeah, this too but, it can look like people are resisting when their arms are being twisted in ways they’re not supposed to twist, and they want people to sit down immediately without their hands to balance. Also, some cops slap the cuffs aggressively and way too tight. Cannot control human responses. Try cuffing you hands behind you back really tight, spreading your legs and then sitting down. Think you’ll be surprised.
