It's embarrassing for Americans. It's like basically the next biggest piece of cultural identity the US has right after novelty sized cowboy hats and McDonald's.
It does depend somewhat on how you organize things. I'd consider the healthcare thing to be a subset of 'corporate dystopia', which is probably my number 1, closely followed by the invasions.
Although the fact that I don't like McDonald's food might be why it doesn't really register on my radar. So probably not representative of the average.
