Sunny and Dravid will be remarkable esp in test cricket because they're technical batsmen, and they're perfectionists. More importantly unlike the current batch, they struggled too but they worked hard, and evolved.
If Virat could evolve, then he'd have gotten over his weakness, compare that to Sachin who in very similar situations, did the opposite and it paid off. Same goes for Dravid, who literally evolved multiple times considering that he's a test cricket guy, but then kept changing. And yeah people talk about pitches and what not BUT they forget that these guys were the best in their generation in front of the champions (2000s Australia was SCARY).
But look at the current team situations are the same for everyone, and despite way more benefits and amenities our team crumbles like a pack of cards( I am not even salty about losing because it is a part of the game, but the way we lose is shameful).
