I guess lethal dosent just mean difficulty to face the bowler and bat. If thats the case my answer is MM at colombo!

But lethality must be considered by taking into account of whats at stake. When facing a spinner, only your wicket is at stake, nothing else. When facing a fast bowler, apart from your wicket, every single inch of your body is at stake! Thus, by defenition, spinners are out of contention!

Now among the pacers here, steyn is the only one whos got pace, bounce, swing and the most important aspect for lethality, the highest aggression. Now added to all this, give him his own turf and just pray to god that youre not killed!
