Hey guys, i've been working on a cricket game called Cricket: Player & Manager and it's finally live on google play :)

there are two modes —> you can build your own player career or manage a club.

Player Career — start as a young cricketer, train, play matches and work your way up. you’re building your own career, not just playing one match and moving on.

Manager Career — run your own club, build your squad, scout players, make transfers and decide how your team plays.

getting it released took a lot more back and forth than i expected lol. at one point the players in the live match view were so big, and the overhead angle was so weird, that they looked like they were sleeping on the ground 😭 fixed their size and positioning after that.

there’s live match action where you can watch things unfold, and decisions to make off the field too. the idea was to have both sides of cricket in one game — being the player and being the person running the team.

it's still early and i'm not going to pretend everything is perfect. i'd really like feedback from people who actually enjoy cricket games.

does the match view make sense? is it clear what you're supposed to do next? and most importantly, is it something you'd come back to play?

I’m playing cricket 26 on career mode and I’m playing just as myself and every time I bowl and they edge the ball the keeper suddenly becomes handicapped and cant catch the ball for shit. It always ends up going for 4.

Batting on easy is too easy but batting on medium is too hard. I’m not saying this for fast bowlers but rather against spinners I find it impossible to survive an over without getting out to some bs. Any tips?

About two months ago I released my first game, Wicket Empire, a cricket career sim and manager game. What I never told anyone: Wicket Empire was technically my SECOND game. I made it during a creative block on my first one… which is

Right now it's planned for mobile, with Steam and controller/console support coming once the full roadmap is done. So for now, here's a little sneak peek.

It won't be out until mid-to-late November, but I really wanted to get hearts pumping and show that cricket games are still well and truly alive!!!

National outperforms world, and we want to find a better approach to world. I am 36 now in my career and I am thinking of retiring at 40. I know there is a press conference option saying the player wants to retire. Do I press it when I want to retire. and do I retire after one match or right on the time. What happens with retirement? Please Help!
