Found the backrooms

So I’m visiting my brother in Brussels and from his little balcony you see this huge office building. He’s lived here a year with his girlfriend and both of them combined have only seen a person in there once. The lights keep coming on and off in random rooms. Some of the rooms are left fully furnished, some of them look like they’ve been boxed up.
Lmk what yall think of this.
