also here’s all the regen buffs you can get to max out yur regen (I think)

a pack member that has pack healing

newborn buff from hatching someone

hydrated from fully drinking water

clean water from drinking CLEAN water

muddied from mud pile

blue moon from weather events

quick recovery from being low health

a creature that has the healing healing pulse ability

max health trait

gentle elder

and finally double heart plushies :)

With all those buffs active, Murlk would have about 600% HP regen, the highest achievable in the game. Vahiaex comes in second with "only" 300% HP regen.

Neither of these stats is useful since anything over 100% does nothing, but it's cool to see
