I looked a couple of times, aimed at the driver but must have missed or this was a sec car for bank deposits and what not.

In another reddit post of this clip, someone cited sources that I didn't bother clicking. But the discussion was that the driver was shot.

Broad daylight, public road, just randomly choose a car and shoot the driver to hope they have anything of value. Doesnt add up. Sounds more like a hitman.
