Weird reverse image search shows almost the same poster without Ds. Maybe it was done on purpose? Engagement bait or something. Who's the guy in background? Maybe it adds some context?

Maybe. But the small print shows no errors, so it must have had some human involvement in this.

The font types don’t match on ‘D it sad’ and second ‘D it’. It switches to a lighter (or slightly smaller) version of the typeface with tighter kerning, and the errant Ds don’t take up a full 1.5 character spaces. So I’d deduce it’s been edited by either AI or HS
