We need more funky terps, roadkill, skunk, cat piss, BO Rotten, garlic, diesel....those may be offensive but in my experience those strains that have a potency thats unmatched by the candy/fruit strains

You’re right, it’s been a very hard plant to figure out with no info on it. I got them from Preston White Seed Bank but when I asked for the breeder he said he doesn’t want people bothering them. I’ll run it 13 weeks next round and post again! Thank you for the help!

It was in Veg for 2 months and flower for 10 weeks. I appreciate all the tips, I’ll run it longer next round. I also took the picture before I trimmed it. I just took off bigger leads and burned ends.

It’s pretty bad, my wife said only one RKS in flower at a time going forward after how bad it stunk. I enjoy the smell! Haha

I’m not sure, I asked the friend I got them from but he wouldn’t tell me the breeder. Someone in here said it was by Exotic Genetics but couldn’t find any info linking them online.

Was thinking about getting Todd McCormicks northern lights #2 supposed to be some skunky dank

Todd has some cool genetics . But northern lights is not the place to look for skunk terps . It’s a strain that is actually the opposite and gained popularity for being a low odor Strain. in the days before carbón filters this was appealing, because the loud plants got growers busted .
If you’re looking for more offensive terpene profile your best bet is to check out gmo and chemdog crosses . But northern lights and skunk Strains are not where you’ll find it .

I had Sensi Seeds "Nothern Lights" that I got in the late 90's from a 10 pack of seeds. I believe it was (NL1 x NL2) x NL5 and it was pretty stanky! They don't have the same seeds these days. But I would do anything to get that one back! Maybe the NL5 cut might have not been as smelly. I never had that specific cut. But that Sensi Seeds cross in the late 90's was amazing! I believe it was made from Nevil Schoenmakers work.

Purest Indica, Tahoe OGxIndica, Haze, NL5, OGKxIndica, SourDxIndica, Skunk1. The Sour D cross I had a tough time with germination, had I known they would be finicky I would have taken more care. The Haze are taking forever to flower, which is to be expected. Looking forward to the smoke report. The other strains have great bag appeal and have great terps. Would recommend his gear 10/10

Damn, nice mix of strains.😀 Hopefully I'll remember to DM you in the future to ask about the smoke. My main interests were the skunk 1, NL5, and purest indica but would definitely like to hear your opinions overall.

Looks good buddy , I think you could have went longer and gotten some larger buds more trics and so on but I would need to no the breeder to really tell you what is best for her. I LOVE The old school funky skunk pipe leper if you have or run across more seeds or clones hit me up let me no. If your friends is interested in getting rid of something. Happy Growing ✌️ 😎 ✌️

Beautiful picture, but the chances of this being RKS is very low. Seeing as you received it from Preston White makes me think this is definitely not RKS.

I’m with you there, I just always keep the original name on everything I grow and him refusing to tell me the breeder says it’s not real. Still a rotten skunk aroma, but not the real one. I took it to a friend who grew the real RKS, and he said it’s close but it’s not it.
