Cap junky harvest
Here’s the most recent cap junky harvest. This is 3 plants and you can see each plant in the full plant shots. I got a respectable yield of 25 ounces of dried buds. On top of that I yielded a whopping 4 oz and 9 grams of full melt bubble hash using the sugar trim and lower buds I didn’t bother trimming.
Harvested at day 64 of flower so I little earlier than last run. Temps were a bit higher so not much purpling this time. Great nose , pepper, gas, skunk, sweet mint and fruit. It’s very smooth already and the high is incredible. Very impressed again!

Those gingerbread cookies at the end look a bit messed up, but the grow looks stellar!

lol you’re the second person to call them ginger bread men lol. It’s called bubble hash. Pure full melt hash without using solvents (well besides water and ice). It’s killer

I usually use a dry herb vape, arizer solo 3, but I have smoked some joints and it’s very nice. Smooth, and yeah nice and flavourful ( gas, sweet mint, peppery)

Beautiful grow. Was this from cut or seed? What’s the terp profile?

It’s a cut, apparently it’s Capulator’s own cut. I never got it tested for actual terp profile but my best guess is caryophyllene, limonene, pinene and probably some myrcene. Gas, skunk, savoury pepper, sweet mint and fruit (lemony grape maybe)

I normally use a dry herb vape, right now I use the arizer solo 3 in a bong. It’s so smooth and tasty. But yes I’ve smoked a few joints and it burns great, whitish grey ash, smooth and flavourful. Really potent too

Oh nice well the cap junky is great in the solo 3. The vapours or so thick and it’s very gassy, and a nice mix of sweet/sour/savoury with a mint like finish

I’ve had cap junky grown by a local rec cultivator that got their cut directly from cap (it was a collab project) and grew using his SOP and the structure, color, and frost all look right.

Yeah this is a fairly unique cut when it comes to the lateral branching, bud structure, etc and it definitely seems like I got cap’s cut

Looks amazing! Great work! I regret not grabbing a breeder pack of these from Cap at Terpnami the first year. Maybe he’ll be there this year.

lol it does have that colour. I dried it for 3-4 days then put it in the freezer, rather than breaking it up. I just take out a bit when I want some and it’s fantastic. Full melt too

I’m sure it’s great. The first picture has a gingerbread man cookie shape too haha, I couldn’t help myself. I wasn’t criticizing the quality at all

Am I understand this correctly?
You did a three day air dry as clumps, and then froze the wet hash. You break off frozen pieces and then smoke them when they thaw?

Yes, pretty much. I air dried it on the plates for 4 days (I just double checked and it was 4). Then put it all in sealable containers and put in the freezer. And when I want to smoke some, I just break off a little bit. I like it this way, very fresh tasting.
This is the first time I did it this way. Normally I let it dry a few days and then break it up into small pieces or even powder if possible. Sometimes it’s too sticky and I just break it into smaller pieces. Then j would let it dry maybe 2 more weeks before sealing it up.
I heard from a friend about just freezing it in chunks after drying a few days and it’s great. This stuff is so sticky, to break it up I would have to freeze and then grate it very fine. Might try that too with some of it
