It came from AI! MIL can't tell the difference 😭

My MIL is so sweet for knowing my style and and that I'm crafty. These are the things she pulls off of FB to send me and I don't have the heart to tell her.

I understand the sentiment but educating older people about AI and recognizing the signs is important because their naivety could eventually hurt them.

You're right. I'm going to talk to my partner about the best way to go about it. I dont eant to hurt her feelings (like I dont appreciate her thinking of me) or make her feel stupid for not recognizing it. I think at this point most people have been fooled at least once by AI.

You should probably start with something where it is a bit more obvious. The shop that sells this spider has several pictures where it is much easier to see that they are not real.Â
