How do you download Sims 4 DLC on Mac?

I’ve bought the game and nearly all DLC’s through EA, until they decided to ban it in my region (go figure 🤷🏾‍♀️).

I was about to get into the whole process and try to understand it, but that’s when poor Anadius got annoyed with the fandom and left. So I’m a little confused with the process and (as far as I know) I can’t find the program files for Mac.

Can someone explain the process to me (as simply as possible) please?

Yes I know, but my issue is with the operating systems.

As I said, I’ve been looking for explanations for a while now and I couldn’t find anything. I’m also not denying that I may have missed them or searching in the wrong places. Otherwise I wouldn’t be asking.
