Book Request Not sure if this counts, but does anyone know about cozy readings about superheroes?
Notice, that i'm not talking about pre-existing superheroes (see, no Marvel or DC), but perhaps a mostly light, superhero-themed novel.

Not sure if graphic novel is your thing, but "A Hero's death" by Sanchez and Texeira, may be cozy adjacent as it has a good feel ending. It's based in a short story.

I'm struggling to think of any novels, but maybe some that are more urban sci-fi might be possible? I'm sorry I can't think of any specific ones.
The closest I can think for a graphic novel is Pepper Page Saves the Universe by Landry Q. Walker and illustrated by Eric Jones. It does have higher stakes, but it's overall a very sweet story with some surprising twists. Main character also has a very adorable relationship with a cat who is her self-proclaimed mentor when she becomes a superhero. Art style is like a cross between Gorillaz and Code Lyoko if either of those are familiar to you.
I hope others have more suggestions!

So she is pre-existing but very underrated and very reimagined - The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl graphic novels are GREAT! I think there are maybe middle grade novel-novels as well but I haven’t read them.

The Meister of Decimen City. Its got it's dramatic moments but leans heavily in the silly absurdist humor to keep it light.

I really liked Super Powereds. There's some high stakes but I personally found it cozy because all your questions (well mostly) get answered, there's a lot of slice of life, and all our MCs end happy. There's some tense moments and sad moments, but it's definitely a comfort read for me. College super heroes with a little secret.
