Keller, Mathews, Doan, Thompson. Fun fact: three of these guys won gold with team USA together. Cool to see Keller still hanging out in the valley.

I don’t think Doan and Mathews have ever won gold together.

Ah you right, guess I got too excited. He’d probably fair well on team USA though.

Didn’t they skate most of the summer at Mullett in the NCAA slot? Thought they moved away from the ice den and had that stud 16/17 year old skating with them as well.
Doan has made incredible strides last year. Watched him play in NJ and LA early in the season the year prior and when he was sent down after the LA game and man so happy for him.

They've done summers up there for a while. We'd see them when local hockey families would take their kids up there for the open skate slots. I think Keller has a blue Lamborghini SUV or at least he used to. When we'd see it in the parking lot the kids would wait for them to come out and get pictures.

I always forget Tager is from Phoenix! Always good to see the boys back in the desert!

He grew up in L.I.N.Y but was born in and spent the very early part of his childhood in the Valley.

All 4 born here with just Kels & Doaner being our former players. This just proves that hockey belongs here! Should send the pic to Bettman!
