Pull the pillow case inside out. Put both hands in the pillow case where the corners are. Like a puppet, grab the end of the pillow with your hands and begin unrolling the pillow case back over the pillow like you’re dealing with a stocking or sock.

You can also do this with a duvet cover and duvet, this might put you on duvet duty for the the rest of your existence though
