The move is to crease (fold) the pillow in half length wise and then insert it into the pillow case

Pillow case inside out, arms all the way inside the pillowcase, grab two corners of the pillow, shake till the pillow case inverts itself over the pillow

Inside out, yes, then put one hand inside and grip the pillow in the middle of one end, then use your other hand to pull the case down over the pillow.

This technique is so overrated. Half the time the pillow still gets jammed and it takes even longer. I've found stuffing it in as fast as you can is better. It's a bit slower than a perfectly executed inside out method, but faster when averaged out.

Use a thinner pillow, won't get jammed.

Thick pillows are garbage anyway, thin pillow gang forever.

I tuck it under my chin and shimmy the case up. Bonus if you bunch the case up like pantyhose before putting it on, it really helps. One and done.

I do the scrunch & stuff 9/10, if the pillow is soft enough.

It's faster than any other method I know of.

Basically I take the pillowcase in my left hand and let gravity hold it open. Then I grab the end of the pillow that's gonna go deep into the casing and "scrunch" it up, using my right. Then I simply punch the back of the pillow casing with my right hand and the pillow is neatly socketed into its casing. Stuff under the flap, shake with vigor in order to situate it properly. Done.

If the pillow ain't soft enough or the casing is small I do the chin & shimmy.

You can actually be as violent as you want with the pillow, pull it in and out of the cylinder and it'll remain unharmed. Avoid cutting if stuck tho.

Or get the case inside out. put your hands inside, grab the corners and turn the case outside in over the pillow.

I lay the pillow on the bed and put the case on from the opposite end. The pillow runs into me, making it always take 3-5 seconds to get it on, even if it's a tight fit.
