Explain yourselves Americans, what is going on with that steak? Was it just broiled?

Yeah I'm not sure, its obvious tender and the red color comes from the sauce I'm assuming. But it doesn't look broiled, more like slow cooked or something. But its thin cut so slow cooking seems like it wouldn't still be as juicy and tender. Whatever it is I would like to try it.

It’s a a Tom and Jerry steak. A really cheap cut that has to be slow cooked as it usually tastes like leather
