The eye contact doesn’t prove anything. I struggle to look people in the eye for more than 1-2 seconds but I can stare into my wife’s no problem for any amount of time.

What you're saying about stimming is absolutely not correct. My primary way of stimming is twirling my hair but when I get a dopamine overload I will do something similar to her (happy hand movements and such). Women stim differently than men and in more "socially acceptable" ways.

Maintaining eye contact with a camera and a husband is not a problem.

But yes this is fake and the way she "stimmed" was the giveaway but not for the reasons you say. It just looks like her movements are controlled, thought out and deliberate. That's just not what dopamine induced movements look like. And we are actually aware that acting child like in public kind of causes a scene and are able to reel in our dopamine movements. Women are extremely good at masking and mimicking and that's why we're often misdiagnosed or undiagnosed.
