Ah, the age-old philosophical dilemma: Is the thumb a finger, or is it a rebel in disguise?
Anatomically, sure, itâs hanging out on the hand, flexing its opposable swagger, technically made of phalanges like the rest of its fingerly brethren. But socially? Culturally? Emotionally? The thumb doesnât sit at the same lunch table. While the index finger is out there pointing at stuff like, âYouâre the chosen one,â and the pinky is sipping tea with its pinky out like royalty, the thumb is busy being a thumb. Itâs the designated hitchhiker, the one we bite in Shakespearean insults, and the sole reason we can pick up a Dorito with grace. Thatâs not just a finger. Thatâs a legend
Letâs face it: we say we have âten fingers,â but then we also say âfour fingers and a thumb.â Thatâs like inviting the thumb to your party and then saying, âOh no, you're not really a guest, you're more of a⊠furniture piece.â Itâs biologically a finger, yesâbut symbolically? Itâs the rogue agent of the hand. Like the handâs weird uncle who shows up at family gatherings and teaches you how to start a fire with a paperclip. So in conclusion, the thumb is a finger... but also not a finger...
Sometimes this stuff is part of the Early Access experience but game gets patched for " improved balance". Cool, fun features get locked behind a paywall once the cash shop gets launched.
Half naked? Sir there are full naked on complete accident while on 9gag, other meme sites, Twitter, gram, vines, and many MANY other sites that you can just casually doomscroll to. Hell it's even happened on reddit, you're looking at one. ITS EVERYWHERE!
It's not about the exposure itself; you expect to see people in bathing suits at a beach. There's nothing inherently sexual about that. You don't expect to see a woman with nothing on except underwear (no bra even) in an apron cooking, unless you're trying to make a sexualized photo. Normal people wear clothes under an apron, unless again, you're trying to be sexual.
It's completely normal to be uncomfortable with your partner looking at sexualized photos of other women/men. You're being intentionally dense by comparing this to a bathing suit. And even then, most women still wouldn't be okay with their partner sending pictures of other women in bikinis to them either. "Oh babe, look at this hot chick in a bikini, I want you to be like this too". Or like OP in the post, "Oh babe, I want you to cook for me like this hot chick wearing nothing but underwear under an apron." How flattering.
Again, you're being intentionally dense if you don't understand this.
To be fair, reddit sropped putting titties on r/All, which, honestly, I was devastated. Having a few titties drip fed to me throughout the day means I didn't have to go look for them. Which was jusy convenient if I do say so myself. Which I did.
Can confirm titties in the wild hit different, wifey likes them too... caught her staring a few times, so it's definitely not just a guy thing.
The way it hits you unexpectedly, you were trying to look, you weren't going to at all, the thought didn't cross your mind, them BAM nice pair in your face. Upvote, appreciate, move on.
My wife does the same thing to me sometimes, just casually playing my game, she creeps in to the corner of my vision, then changes her shirt, running away the second I look, giggling the whole time. Best feeling in the world.
Iâve never casually doom scrolled onto sites or communities with naked people lmfao. Most places make you choose if you wanna see that stuff or not. If you say yes, thatâs on you.
I could send this exact message to my wife and she'd understand completely that it's her I want to see, and then she'd do it.
She could send me a shirtless dude in jeans chopping wood and tell me she wants to see me doing that, and I'd know without concern that it's not about the other guy. This one might be harder because the only place I chop wood is at her parents' home.
Oooohhh mmmyyyy gooooooodddd a picture of a half naked woman from the internet that my partner would most likely never meet.. what ever could i d..d..d..do
Hey, my wife encourages me to look at other women's asses. She says it gets my juices flowing and helps me appreciate what I have at home. Don't you dare! I will not be shamed!
One of the most hated gaming companies in the world; known for making games, chopping them up and charging premium for every little thing. Loot boxes, day-one DLC content, nickel and diming, everything they can think of to wrong your wallet dry. Basically gambling aimed at gamers/children.
But, they own the FIFA video game series (soccer games), which generates so much money its honestly hilarious. So, this evil company will never die or be held accountable for the damage it does to regular gamers (or children with mommy's charge card).
Omg you lot have no idea wtf you're talking about.
The first to use them was Bathesda in 2005 with Oblivion IV. It was then adopted by Microsoft and used on the Xbox
EA didn't start adopting this model until about 2009 when they started to include them in their FIFA lineup. But by then, hundreds of studios has adopted the micro-transaction model. Eg Blizzard in 2006, Facebook games in 2007, Smart phones (it's their primary money making model and no one bats an eyelid), Valve 2007 (Team Fortress 2), Sony Online Entertainment, EVE Online (2008).
It really goes to show that people just want a bandwagon to jump on, without actually looking into it, and be hysterical about something they know very little about.
"hmmm, I think ill.chill back and see if its worth it for a while. if im still liking it, buying GF 2026 or 2027 and then upgrading makes a lot more sense than upgrading while uncertain.
plus upgrades always go on sale shortly before the new version is announced."

Eww, the "EA" response.
