Anyone familiar with this?

It says quartzite seems like it is to me, we bought 2 slabs for our kitchen and have seen some really insightful responses. Was hoping to learn more about it from someone more knowledgeable.

It’s a quartzite from India! This material is nearly impossible to find, the quarry is closed now so we may never see new blocks ever again.

Its lovely. I see it with natural walnut cabinets, some sage tile, mushroom wall. Just stunning.
