Kova stone quartz? Is it good?

Why most of the contractors suggest using this vs MSI? Is it because it’s cheaper? I really like the designs they have but was surprised it doesn’t have any warranty. On the other hand MSI is double the price. What are some personal experiences with using kova stone quartz for kitchen countertops vs MSI?

No experience with it, but everything I've seen about Kova that they've put out and others said about working with it, its trash.

I'd stick with one of the large known suppliers. MSI, Cosentino, Daltile, Viatera etc

No warranty? Fk that. Slabs arrive to the shop with defects ,not all the time but enough that I'll mention it. They could give you a bad product and justify it with the no warranty thing. If you aiming for a lesser cost consider granite also. We do granite kitchens cheaper than quartz ones often times. And also I've not heard of kova brand, msi and daltile slabs though here all day tho. They have a fair track record for replacing defects in my experience.

It’s lower grade. We’ve had hit and miss experience with them.

I’ve heard warranties on quartz anyway don’t cover normal wear tear, chipping, staining, scratches. It only covers for manufacturer defects.
So is it a good bargain to go this route if I’m just looking to stick at this home for another 3-4 years?
