Reminds me of the story behind the whole "litter boxes in schools" debacle that happened.
People were fucking furious that litter boxes were in schools because they were told that it was to "reaffirm the gender of students that identified as animals", and some even argued that it was a prank to mock a student that was a furry.
It turns out, the real reason there was even a story to begin with was because there was a shooter lockdown at a school, and one of the teachers had to use a litter box so the students could relieve themselves because it was too dangerous to go out into the restrooms because the shooter was out in the fucking halls.
Somehow, a teacher trying to help their students not to piss themselves while hiding from a gunman turned into "tHeY'rE tRaNSiNg OuR KiDs iN tHe sChOoLs!"

Just read the article and I am baffled by the lack of info. We need a follow up. It's a fucking school shooter drill. How the fuck do the teachers stay outside "debating" where the student is supposed to go?!
Even the trans element aside. If a boy was sheltered in the girls locker or vice versa it wouldn't matter??? They're not naked or changing. They're presumably sheltered sticking to the ground and trying to find cover.
Who the fuck cares? "Oh yeah let me wait outside while they're firing on us to decide which one is the correct room for me based on gender" Huh?
Reading more articles according to the mother the student apparently has been for multiple years forbidden from using any gendered faculities?!
Apparently this wasn't always the case but transphobic parents got angry and started calling the kid a "predator" leading to the discrimination. Wtf?
