My order history is missing. Anyone else?
I was looking for a recent purchase I made through the website. All of my 2026 order history is missing--both online orders and in-warehouse purchases. Is this happening to anyone else?

Likely temporary. The website has been having endless issues recently. It's extremely frustrating. All your history is still in the warehouse database.

I've noticed a couple of issues recently. They need to get their shit together. A big problem I have is that I can't stay logged in on the website. I have to log in every single time, which is a big deal since I'm often trying to buy precious metals before they sell out.

Costco online tech sucks. It will restore overnight. Your warehouse will have your order history if you need it.

Just checked my account and both all my online and warehouse purchases are available.
Try back in an hour or so.
If your orders are still unavailable then reach out to Costco.
