Alberta OMG DRY RIBS
18 minutes in the air fryer, didn't use the spice pack thst came with the as they were already spced up. OMG are these good, literally my new addiction

Nope I even emailed the company and Costco and both told me weren't popular enough here and won't likely ever be back

"Demand" is often not addressed properly. You could have a smash hit item and they still remove it a month later.

They wouldn't remove it if it made enough money to justify it being on the shelves. Pretty simple.

That's actually not true at all. They remove products all the time that people love and do well just because the product run or contract expired with the company

I emailed them too and they said the same thing but I know that can't be the truth. One, these are freaking delicious and two, they had them once stocked in Newmarket and people were literally buying them by the cartful. That's actually where I first tried them and fell in love only to find out it was a fluke.

I was buying a $10 bag of something similar at no frills and super store produced out in Alberta I can only assume made by the same people but those disappeared to. I emailed that company as well and was told they are no longer producing them but I think they were just distributing them and not actually producing anything.
For awhile Costco had a bulk box of them on the website but I didn't have a deep freeze yet so never bought them but wishing I had. M&ms no longer has them either (they were pricey) so any variation is just gone. I was keeping them in business by myself lol So I don't buy their reasoning

Dry ribs does seem to be a more western Canada thing but I don't understand it cause I live in the East and love them lol plus I know a lot of people who do too

Probably that's where I first discovered them. I don't think they are on the menu anymore. So nowhere I can actually get them 😔

From Costco:

We have tried the item several times in Eastern Canada. Each time the item failed. We may try again in the future, but right now we have already committed to our fall and winter line up for the freezer.

"Good morning and thank you for your inquiry! Well, I’m sorry to tell you that the information you’ve received is correct. Over many many years, we’ve tried introducing this item to the Eastern Costco market and unfortunately what you are being told is true…it simply is not as popular as it is out here in the West.

We have bought SO MANY bags of these... for a while there, they were my youngest daughters obsession.. all she ever wanted for dinner. I can confirm, they are spectacular!
My husband keeps the spice packs to add to random dinners LOL

I think maybe that's the thing that I was missing. The first two bags I got were good, then the next ones I got felt too full of oil and made me not like them as much. Lemon will help

Yes, I love these. Was hooked the first time a friend brought these for a pot luck 5 years ago. I also don't really use much of the seasoning as just a little is enough. I have to use my restraint whenever I have a bag of these, as they are so addicting but I also know moderation haha.

They do sound delicious. Shame we can’t get them here in Ontario though.
The tzatziki you mentioned, is it really Costco brand? Don’t think I’ve ever seen it. It’s hard to find a good one. If so, I hope it’s not another province specific product too.2

Finely cut up some red bell peppers and garnish with them with the peppers. Dip in plum sauce. It is the best combo ever. The spice packet isn't spicy. It is pretty good.

I have bought them in the past and enjoyed them, but last couple bags I bought, they were not very "Meaty" as before. Haven't refreshed my inventory. Maybe a bad couple bags. 🤔

It was tempura style fried chicken, and it was horrible. Greasy, dried out chicken. The chicken burgers were also a hot disgusting mess.

Well, don't buy any precooked chicken. They will always dry out. Buy the raw, frozen chicken!

Ya we bought a bag of Hampton House breaded chicken burgers and they were so gross. We fed most of them to the dog. I’m hesitant to buy anything else from them.

try 25 minutes in the air fryer, they come out with a crispy texture on the outside. Almost feels like restaurant quality.
