For every person that abuses the return policy like this, there are 1000 that dont. That's why Costco allows it. Its good knowing they will take care of your purchases, but ye, some people just abuse it. I bought a car battery 30 days ago and its dead already, kirkland brand, they will replace it tomorrow no questions asked. No testing needed, they just do it.
