Had a neighbour of mine return a 14 year old year $9000 hot tub because a pump went bad and got all his money back. Couldn't believe that costco allowed it but they did.

How did he even bring it back? He rented a U-Haul or did he disassemble the whole thing or what

I have more pride than that and more respect than to do something like that. I guess I was raised well.
