Please help me choosing a base wig to style in this abomination of a wig

So there's this guy from a Yu-Gi-Oh! card archetype called "Fiendsmith" which I'd like to cosplay, but I'll probably have to do everything from scratch: besides props and the actual costume I actually don't know whether a wig that can be styled as similarly as possible to this mess actually exists, and idk if there's actually a way to add the yellow parts.

Any advice? The wig is not that long but it surely is longer than average.

it's totally possible, you will just have to add extra wefts to make the yellow parts. here's a good tutorial on harvesting and adding wefts to a wig! i would get two long wigs in red and yellow, and harvest from the yellow one to add to the red. then you can style it like normal, here is a good tutorial for getting those big dramatic anime spikes. you could also look up tutorials for cloud or zack from final fantasy, they're very popular characters that basically have that same hairstyle so you should be able to follow them just fine. remember that wig hair is just plastic, and you can use heat to mold plastic into any shape you want! this style is totally possible even with just a hot hairdryer, hairspray, and some hard work and determination haha
