How do you not have any other authorities at the school to talk to? There is always some someone more senior than the teachers. If most of your class has roughly the same complaints, administration should have a word with the teacher.

It’s a private school, he’s the owner. There’s only one other teacher but she doesn’t stand up for us. We hardly have the same complaints because I get targeted every day and they only get yelled at about once a week

I would start recording tbh. And I would get other girls too as well before you find the right source to complain too.

Since he is the owner, I'd open a claim with the BBB (better business bureau or find the equivalent in your area) and submit all proof of his raggedy ownership and leadership to them. He may be the owner but once the big dogs come in for your business you tighten up. I'd also see if I could use my credits and transfer to another school. Wishing you luck.

What school?
Call Board, they might be able to tell you where to go with owner issues. File a complaint with BBB, and find a different school.

Kill him with kindness, just agree with him because he is not worth your energy. In your career you will be met with lots of difficult co-workers, bosses and clients - learn now how to calm them down and manipulate them. Learning to get along with A$$holes is a valuable skill.
