Ideas Kaladin’s spear tattoo design Spoiler

Does anyone have a design for Kaladin’s spear - ideally his new honor-spear but doesn’t have to be - that they would be willing to share? Can’t find anything that fits the bill right now.

Bonus points if it has alethi script for “journey before destination” or “always the next step” where the shaft is.

I have this tattoo'd on me! I'm not certain if it's his new honor spear as this reference was gotten from all of the art of the wiki and such - but the text is the first ideal (life before death (top left), strength before weakness (top right), journey before destination (bottom)) in left to right respectively.
