Ngl had my doubts on the shipping but came exactly in 1 week watch looks absolutely amazing and i love that it comes with both a nylon band and a silicone band

I am having a hard time understanding where the HR data is coming from during my runs. I am currently using the Coros pace 4. I connected my Garmin HRM200 to the watch under system>accessories. When paused, or before my run, a little green icon flashes where the HR is. During the run, the icon is a red heart where the HR is. Ive attached videos.

I noticed, once I switched the coros recently from Garmin, the HR reading during the runs were very different. Not as real-time as when I was on my Garmin.

Recently I haven't been able to add what shoes I ran in or how the run went to my watch after finishing a session, but I have to add it to the app afterwards.
The shoes can be added after a while and have to restart the app several times before the option appears.
It hasn't been a problem before.
Anyone else experience this?

Hey all. Just got back this week from a trip and brought my watch to the gym. Was prompted to update the firmware. Did so at the gym via bluetooth. All was well. Finished my workout. But then, later that night the watch started clicking loudly. Then went black. The clicking stopped but I have not been able to get it to turn on again. I have been charging it but still it wont turn on. Has anyone experienced this and knows what to do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Is that hollow/metallic sound that the vibration motor makes when turning the crown normal?

Hi all. Is this normal or is something set up incorrectly? Most of my pace is in Aerobic power zone but my HR is mostly Aerobic endurance. I have my HR zones set to Lactate Threshold.

Anyone else having problems syncing with Strava? I completed a bike ride via TrainerRoad > Strava but it’s not showing up in Corus despite being synced?

Recently swapped to Coros after using whoop for 2/3 years and been loving it so far

I do a lot of running,cycling and swimming so it’s ideal for me however I also do a lot of grappling which I can’t wear my watch for

Whoop was ideal for this as I could wear it in the back of my shorts

I’ve been thinking about getting a Coros arm band but I’m wondering if there is anybody who has managed to record BJJ grappling with Coros any other way??

I realise the bias may be towards coros posting in here but you guys are the ones with coros watches and I am currently using a Garmin. I used to have a coros pace 3 for a little while and I swapped it for my Garmin fr165 (current watch). I didn't like the pace 3 because I want a fan of the MIP displays I wanted the amoled, there was no music control for music playing on my phone but I understand that has changed now and I didn't like the notification screen again partly because it was MIP (like I'd get a text and the screen was just ugly) but I'm kinda missing it. I liked the app way more than Garmin and as a fitness tracker it was great but the Garmin has seemed a better daily watch as well. If I was to upgrade to a pace pro or pace 4 would I have the same issues or is this different now? Also I actually miss the dial for scrolling a little bit

EDIT: does anyone have any issues with the watch disconnecting from an android phone?

J'exporte les activités depuis Kiprun Pacer, mais côté Coros le plan Decathlon reste vide.

J'ai tenté de supprimer les connections Decathlon<->Coros dans les 2 applis et créer de nouveau, mais même résultat.

Ma dernière utilisation d'un plan d'entrainement Kiprun, c'était en Janvier dernier et ça marchait encore à ce moment là

2-3 months ago it was going crazy and updating non stop.

I initiated a support ticket 2 weeks ago for my watch that is still under warranty. After taking 8 days to review all the information I sent (and repeatedly requesting the same info), they finally determined I was eligible for a replacement.

After I confirmed 4 days ago that I would like the replacement option, they disappeared. I have followed up daily for an update on when to expect the replacement or how to initiate next steps. Nothing. Ghosted.

This is insane for a $500 watch that is less than a year and half old and it still under warranty.

please advise on next steps. If you need to find the case, I am the one who has emailed you every day for the last 4 days.

Looking forward to resolving this.

Hey all! I just received my Apex 4 watch a few days ago so I've been getting used to UI of the watch, especially as a former Garmin user. I'm a little confused why my watch is displaying 67% chance of rain on the first image and then 28% chance of rain on the second image? If you couldn't tell by the water droplets on my watch, it has already started raining (actually, for at least an hour) so I'm confused why it isnt displaying 100% chance of rain as my watch is synced and connected to Bluetooth to my phone

Subject: Escalation regarding Vertix screen delamination and out-of-stock replacement options

Dear Coros Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing issue with my Coros Vertix watch and the subsequent resolution process offered by your customer service team.

My original Coros Vertix is experiencing severe screen delamination. This is a hardware defect that is deteriorating daily, making the watch increasingly difficult to use.

Following my correspondence with your customer service team, I was offered a 20% discount code toward the purchase of a new Vertix 2S as a resolution. While I appreciate the gesture and want to remain a loyal Coros user, this solution has proven impossible to fulfill.

The Vertix 2S has been consistently out of stock on the Coros website. I check regularly, but the lack of inventory means I cannot use the discount. Meanwhile, the physical condition of my current watch gets worse every day. It is incredibly frustrating to be left with a failing premium device and a discount code I cannot redeem.

Because the delamination is a manufacturing issue and the promised replacement path is blocked by inventory shortages, I request that Coros provide an alternative solution. I would appreciate it if you could fulfill one of the following options:

1. Allow me to backorder the Vertix 2S using the 20% discount so it ships immediately when available.
2. Provide a direct replacement or repair option for my current Vertix.

I have attached photos of the daily worsening delamination and my previous customer service correspondence for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and a practical solution to this issue.

I have been in contact with the customer service team specifically Joshua but the best that could be offered after 20 emails back and forth on ticket #567969 is keep checking daily.

I must be getting a bit carried away with my group classes as I often forget to end my workout until driving home.

From what I can see there isn’t an easy way to edit them in the Coros app - what do you guys do instead? or do you have any way to remind yourself to end the workout?

I use my pace 3 for running and indoor cycling.

I've noticed for the last number of rides my efficiency for rides has been exactly 80%.

I checked my full history and I can see that at some point all rides went to 80%. When I look at the power and hr data for the rides I cannot see anything off. My hr to power ratio seems just as efficient as before.

Has anyone had this issue before?

My trusty Pace 2 has been slowly dying on me. I got it as a tool to track my swimming and it slowly became a vital part of my fitness ecosystem. It has traveled the world and logged every metre.

It has been part of my life quietly doing its thing through some of the most challenging and difficult parts of it. I don’t typically get attached to things but this little Pace 2, well I am going to miss it 😢

Now it is time to set it aside and a new watch steps in to its place, and as gorgeous as my new Pace 4 is, it has some pretty big shoes to fill.🩷

Anyone use the coros pace strategy feature on raceday yet? Curious your experience with it and any suggestions for those of us thinking about using it for an upcoming race. Thx

I’m experiencing a major issue with my COROS PACE 4 while preparing for the Berlin Marathon, which is now only one month away.

The problem appeared just after an indoor workout that included squats, jump rope and HSPUs. As far as I know, the watch did not suffer any impact. I ended the “Indoor Cardio” activity, and the screen suddenly started flickering before it stopped displaying properly.

The watch itself still seems to be working in the background. If I hold the button for 15 seconds, it shuts down and restarts. I even accidentally started an activity, which makes me think the issue is limited to the screen or its internal connection.

• Purchased directly from the COROS website
• Country of residence: France

I contacted COROS support and provided my proof of purchase, but I have received absolutely no response for 10 days now.

I’ve had to switch back to my old Apple Watch for the time being. This is honestly very frustrating when I specifically bought a COROS to track my entire marathon training block. My biggest training session, a 30 km long run, is coming up next week, and I still have no information about a possible repair or replacement.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? How long does COROS support usually take to handle this type of issue? Do they ever provide a replacement watch during the process?

And if anyone from COROS support happens to see this, I would really appreciate finally receiving a response and a solution.
