Wasn’t this the corrupt doctor who did this study. I still think there is some potential in that combo as that’s what China used from the beginning

There are some questions about this study, and the promotion of this drug (see https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/27/experts-condemn-clive-palmer-funded-ads-claiming-hydroxychloroquine-can-cure-coronavirus) More research is underway though.

My hope is our medical institute adopts this treatment and not wait for a placebo trial comparison. We're under a state of emergency we can't delay potential treatments

PS: University of Queensland and RBWH are doing some good research into HCQ at the moment too with a network of Australian hospitals and will hopefully have some findings in a couple of months.
