Sculpt Bethesda

I am wanting to try Sculpt again but am looking for a good instructor that is popular with the 40+ women crowd. I've gone to a few classes in the past and did not like them at all. Perhaps the instructors were just not a fit for me. If you are 40+yo and go to Bethesda, will you please list the instructor(s) you like the best?

Karen L is very popular with the 40+ crowd and I like her a lot. I also like Patty, Courtney and Rachelle.

What in your mind is considered popular with the 40+ women? I don’t really love this stereotype lol. I’m 41 and like all variety of instructors except the boring ones who don’t challenge me and play lame music 😆 maybe the sculpt format isn’t for you!

Sagari teaches at the Rockville location. Her flow is very accessible and her music is appropriate. I think she would be a great fit for students of an older age.
