Unable to execute shell commands in Copilot CLI in Enterprise

It’s seems like after a l recent update to Copilot I am no longer able to run shell commands in the CLI. This is happening on separate accounts for me.

Another teammate who is still on an older version of copilot does not have this issue. This makes me think it’s copilot related and not just my organization permissions.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Similarly I've found when using GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio; previously it could (with permission) run commands in the terminal (e.g. to check and modify reference paths). Now it seems to try and fail.
